Adult Evening Mental Health IOP

Led by Ashley Roberts-Jenkins, MSW, a graduate of Rutgers University, the Adult Evening Mental Health IOP in West Chester offers a safe and supportive environment for adults navigating a primary mental health diagnosis who are ready to make meaningful change in their lives. The group meets four days a week, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, in person at the ETHOS West Chester office, upstairs in Suite 220.

Ashley utilizes a blend of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing in her practice, fostering nonjudgmental, curious exploration of life's challenges so participants can build real insight and practical tools. She brings experience working with clients navigating the long-term effects of complex and episodic trauma, individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness, those involved in the criminal/legal system, newly diagnosed individuals, and patients transitioning from the acute hospital setting.

The program offers accessible, honest conversation designed to empower adults to solve their own problems and move forward in their mental health journey, providing comprehensive support and resources every step of the way.
