Online Telehealth Programs

SUBSTANCE ABUSE and/or MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADOLESCENTS

We offer an online afternoon Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-18 who have a substance use disorder, a mental health concern, or both. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 4 to 6 pm. The program is led by Amanda Rougeau, MA, MT-BC.

Amanda bases her counseling in person-centered theory, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic theory to understand her clients. She includes creative arts, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to help build a treatment plan individualized to each client and their needs

SUBSTANCE ABUSE IOP – ADULTS

We offer an online morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 10 am. The program is led by Troy Jackson, MSS, LSW.

Troy utilizes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoeducation, Interpersonal Process, and Skills Development to support participants in their recovery journey. The group is supportive and accepting. Members are encouraged to be vulnerable, mature, and open to feedback and suggestions, fostering a constructive and understanding environment.

We offer an online evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth three days per week: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 6 to 8 pm. The program is led by Sheila Bellwoar, MS, LPC.

Sheila employs an eclectic modality, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and experiential techniques to address SUD issues. This comprehensive approach helps individuals understand and change their thought patterns and behaviors related to substance use. Participants receive support and guidance to build and sustain a sober lifestyle in a structured and empathetic setting.

MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADULTS

We offer an online morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet via telehealth four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 12 pm.

MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADULTS

We offer an online evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet via telehealth four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 6 to 8 pm. The program is led by Ari Kassutto, LSW and David Meyer, LCSW.

CANCER SURVIVORS – YOUNG ADULTS

We offer an online evening group for young adults age 18-35 who are cancer patients or survivors. Participants meet via telehealth one day per week: Wednesdays, from 5 to 6:30 pm. The program is co-led by Jenn Attaquin, LPC, NCC and Carlie Spaeder, MA, both cancer survivors themselves. 

Jenn and Carlie combine trauma-informed approaches with empathy and understanding, guiding participants through coping with the trauma of cancer, loss of independence, and significant changes to relationships, self-esteem, and the future. The group aims to help members regain a sense of control and build resilience by learning practical coping strategies and creating meaningful connections with others who share similar experiences.

ETHOS FAMILY PROGRAM 

We offer an online evening program for families of people who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet via telehealth one day per week: Wednesdays, from 6 to 8 pm. The program is led by Pat Brown, LCSW.

Research indicates positive outcomes increase dramatically when the entire family is engaged in treatment. In this ongoing series, we work together to bring full family recovery to you and yours. This series features an educational component coupled with the sharing of thoughts, ideas, strategies, and connection — all designed to help make full family recovery possible.
