Francesca Barley, MS earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph’s University and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is an adolescent mental health specialist with nearly 20 years of experience supporting teens and families in school and community settings.
Francesca has extensive experience treating emotional and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and co-occurring substance use. She is skilled in crisis intervention, behavioral assessment, and evidence-informed group facilitation focused on emotional regulation and healthy decision-making. She brings a compassionate, structured, and culturally responsive approach to her work.
Francesca is part of the ETHOS Adolescent Team and serves clients via telehealth.
