SUBSTANCE ABUSE & MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADOLESCENTS
We offer an afternoon Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-18 who have a substance use disorder, a primary mental health concern, or a combination of the two. Teens meet at the ETHOS Plymouth Meeting location three days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 3:30 PM. The program is led by Sarah Notebaert, LCSW, CAADC, CCTP.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE IOP – ADULTS
We offer a morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet at the ETHOS Plymouth Meeting location three days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, at 9:00 AM. The program is led by Sean Smith, MA, M.Ed, LPC, CAADC.
PRIMARY ALCOHOL GROUP IOP – ADULTS
We offer an evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 18+ who realize that alcohol has negatively impacted their lives and seek relapse-resistant sobriety. Participants meet at the ETHOS Plymouth Meeting location three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6:00 PM. The program is led by Britnee Mallory, LPC.
MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADULTS
We offer a morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet at the ETHOS Plymouth Meeting location four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM. A telehealth option enables remote participation. The program is led by Jennifer O’Connor, MSW, LCSW.
MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADULTS
We offer an evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet at the ETHOS Plymouth Meeting location four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 6:30 PM. The program is led by Michael Daulerio, MS.
