Ashley Roberts-Jenkins believes that everyone deserves the benefits of accessible, compassionate therapy — a philosophy that has guided her work throughout her career in social work.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Lock Haven University before completing her Advanced Standing Master of Social Work at Rutgers University. Over the past 12 years, she has brought her practical experience to a wide range of diverse and complex populations, developing a therapeutic approach grounded in empathy, flexibility, and a deep respect for each client’s individual story.
Ashley is committed to meeting clients where they are, helping them build the skills and insight they need to move forward in their recovery and mental health journeys. Her breadth of experience allows her to connect authentically with clients from all walks of life, and she brings that same warmth and dedication to every session at ETHOS.
Outside of her clinical work, Ashley jokes that if the social work profession didn’t exist, she’d want to be a librarian — a nod to her love of learning, quiet curiosity, and the belief that the right resource, like the right therapist, can change someone’s path.
Ashley’s practice is based at our West Chester location.
