SUBSTANCE ABUSE & MENTAL HEALTH IOP – ADOLESCENTS
We offer an in-person afternoon Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-18 who have a substance use disorder, a primary mental health concern, or a combination of the two. Teens meet at the ETHOS West Chester location three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 3:30 PM. The program is led by Sarah Notebaert, LCSW, CAADC, CCTP.SUBSTANCE ABUSE IOP – ADULTS
We offer an in-person morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults 27+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet at the ETHOS West Chester location three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 10:00 AM. The program is led by Pat Brown, LCSW.SUBSTANCE ABUSE IOP – WOMEN IN RECOVERY
We offer an in-person evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals age 18+ who identify as women and have a substance use disorder. Participants meet at the ETHOS West Chester location three days per week: Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM, and Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. The program is led by Cait Kish, LPC.SUBSTANCE ABUSE IOP – MEN IN RECOVERY
We offer an in-person evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adult men 18+ who have a substance use disorder. Participants meet at the ETHOS West Chester location three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 6:00 PM. Participants who complete the IOP may step down to a General Outpatient Program (GOP) that meets weekly on Tuesdays at 5 pm. MD, Alex Moxam is a graduate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College and completed his adult psychiatry residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Using a holistic approach and emphasizing shared decision-making, Dr. Moxam engages with clients to initiate and optimize medication regimens. His goal is to decrease problematic symptoms and enhance the overall quality of life for those under his care. Dr. Moxam’s expertise spans both adult and child psychiatry, reflecting his commitment to providing personalized and effective care.
