Led by Ben Solensky, LPC, NCC, a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University's Community & Trauma Counseling program, the Evening Adult Mental Health IOP at ETHOS's Center City office (1528 Walnut Street, Suite 510) offers adults 18+ a structured path toward greater mental health stabilization — whether they need more support than traditional outpatient therapy provides, or are stepping down from a more intensive level of care such as a partial hospitalization program. The group meets four evenings a week — Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday beginning at 5:30PM. Ben utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in his practice, helping clients build the skills and insight needed to return to their regular lives more effectively.
