Men’s Trauma Group

AGE GROUP: Adults
LOCATION: Telehealth
DAY/TIME: Thursdays, 5:00-6:30pm.

Men who have a history of trauma need a safe space in which to process their experiences. ETHOS has created that space by offering a supportive, judgement-free group. It is for men only to mitigate the potential pressure to fulfill traditional gender norms or expectations.

The ETHOS clinician leading this group is Jenn Rowley, LPC, NCC. She earned a Master’s degree in Trauma Counseling and provides therapy through a CBT, trauma-informed approach.

Men may join for additional support or as a step down from a higher level of care. Men who have not experienced trauma themselves but seek to understand trauma in others are also welcome.

The Men’s Trauma Group meets virtually via Telehealth to ensure all can attend regardless of where they are located. Meetings are held once a week, on Thursdays from 5:00-6:30pm.
