ETHOS Wyomissing Location
Mental Health IOP – Adults
We offer a hybrid morning Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adults age 18+ who have a mental health concern. Participants meet via telehealth or in-person at the ETHOS Wyomissing location four days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 10:00 AM. The program is led by Chris Richards, MS, LPC.Substance Abuse & Mental Health IOP – Adolescents
We offer an afternoon Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for adolescents ages 13-18 who have a substance use disorder, a primary mental health concern, or a combination of the two. Teens meet at the ETHOS Wyomissing location three days per week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, at 5:00 PM. The program is led by Kelly Kulp, MA.Clinicians At The ETHOS Wyomissing

MD, Alex Moxam is a graduate of Sidney Kimmel Medical College and completed his adult psychiatry residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Subsequently, he pursued a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania.
Using a holistic approach and emphasizing shared decision-making, Dr. Moxam engages with clients to initiate and optimize medication regimens. His goal is to decrease problematic symptoms and enhance the overall quality of life for those under his care. Dr. Moxam’s expertise spans both adult and child psychiatry, reflecting his commitment to providing personalized and effective care.
