Phil Waibel earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Penn State University and a Master of Social Work from Widener University. Phil is dedicated to supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. His approach is rooted in a deep sense of curiosity and a genuine desire to help others, values that guide every aspect of his work.

Phil believes that when curiosity and compassion are prioritized, everything else falls into place. His commitment to these principles allows him to build meaningful connections with clients and create spaces where they feel understood and supported.
