Carlie Spaeder, MA
Carlie Spaeder holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with a concentration in Trauma Studies from Eastern University. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Rider University, where she was a member of the Division 1 field hockey team.
As an empathetic and non-judgmental therapist, Carlie is dedicated to creating a safe space for her clients. She specializes in working with adults aged 18 and older who are dealing with major life transitions, medical issues/diagnoses, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief. Carlie uses a combination of cognitive behavioral, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based approaches to help her clients explore and heal different “parts” of their internal selves.
In her spare time, Carlie enjoys doing yoga, visiting new restaurants, spending time with her French Bulldog, Mister, and hanging out with her friends and family.
Carlie is based at our Plymouth Meeting location.
