Alexandra Frazier, NCC
Alexandra is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Immaculata University. As an individual outpatient therapist, she supports adolescents and adults facing a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Alexandra fosters an atmosphere of collaboration, empathy, and authenticity in her work. She believes in meeting clients where they are on their life journey, emphasizing their natural strengths during sessions. Using a person-centered approach, Alexandra tailors her therapy to each client’s unique needs, incorporating techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and family-systems therapy.
She works with clients to explore and resolve ambivalence, build coping skills, improve relationships, process grief and trauma, reduce self-harm, and develop daily mindfulness practices. Alexandra is dedicated to helping clients create meaningful change and build resilience as they navigate life’s challenges.
