Paulette Brown brings fifteen years of clinical experience and a deeply held belief in the capacity of every individual to grow, overcome barriers, and achieve personal success. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Millersville University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from Rosemont College, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor.

At the heart of Paulette’s practice is a holistic, strengths-based approach — one that empowers clients to identify and build on their existing capabilities, develop meaningful problem-solving skills, and move toward their personal goals with clarity and confidence. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, and takes particular pride in helping her clients recognize what they are already capable of and advocate for themselves in every area of their lives.

Paulette’s clinical philosophy is grounded in the conviction that with the right guidance and support, people can break through the obstacles that have held them back. She meets each client where they are, tailoring her approach to their unique strengths and circumstances, and walks alongside them as they build the tools they need to thrive.

Outside of the therapy room, Paulette is known to bring the same competitive spirit and quick thinking she once demonstrated as a contestant on Wheel of Fortune — proof that she is always up for a challenge.
