Maria Ulmer, MA, LMFT, CAADC, joins ETHOS Treatment as Vice President of Clinical Services, where she will lead the clinical team, guide clinical strategy, and help realize the founders’ vision for the organization’s continued growth.

Maria brings more than 25 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, addiction treatment, and clinical operations. She has a proven track record of pairing clinical excellence with sound operational strategy, having held executive leadership roles at organizations including Recovery Centers of America and Summit Behavioral Health, in addition to running her own national consulting practice. Her expertise spans the full continuum of care, from medical detoxification through outpatient services, positioning her well to strengthen ETHOS’s operations and drive patient-centered growth.

A Philadelphia-area native, Maria earned her BA in Psychology from Temple University and her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy and Addiction Counseling from La Salle University. Outside of her professional work, she is the proud mother of four sons, ages 12 to 21.
