Christina D. Rife, LPC, MA is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Guided by a dynamic personal and professional journey, Christina is passionate about helping individuals build meaningful, substance-free lives they truly love. She brings creativity, compassion, and a deep sense of humor to her work — anchored by hard-earned wisdom, reliability, and a genuine dedication to each client’s growth.

A lifelong learner, Christina’s “why” continues to evolve with her own development, always grounded in the belief that change is possible. Fun fact: While living in Chicago in the early ’90s, she was in the audience of the Oprah Winfrey Show — though not during the famous car giveaway!
