Troy Brindle, MSW, LCSW, DCH brings more than 30 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adolescents, adults, and older adults. He works with individuals, couples, and families, using approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, hypnotherapy, and guided imagery to support meaningful growth and lasting change.
Troy has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, OCD, substance use, school avoidance, caregiver fatigue, and other complex mental health concerns. He also has advanced training in divorce and custody mediation, court-ordered counseling, Christian counseling, parent-child reunification, and parent coordination.
A respected leader in the mental health community, Troy has served as President of NASW-PA and as a National Board Member within NASW leadership. He is committed to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with clarity, support, and hope.
