Amanda is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Amanda earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM).

Amanda’s experience includes working in various levels of care with both adults and adolescents. Additionally, she has worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, traumatic brain injuries and more.

Amanda believes therapy is about collaborating with and empowering individuals to grow self-awareness, achieve their goals, and become the best version of themselves. Her approach to therapy includes cognitive behavioral techniques to manage symptoms, solution-focused thinking to build confidence in overcoming life’s obstacles, and is person-centered to meet each person’s unique needs. During her free time, Amanda loves creating new crafts and learning how to care for her growing plant collection.
