Madeline Omrod, MSS, LCSW earned her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and her Master of Social Service from the Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research. While studying psychology, she developed a strong passion for understanding how family systems, genetics, social experiences, and life circumstances all interact to shape an individual’s mental health and emotional well-being.

Madeline takes a relational, psychodynamic, and holistic approach to therapy, helping clients explore how different aspects of their lives—including family, school, friendships, and work—have influenced their sense of self. Raised on the Main Line, she has a particular interest in the ways academic and social pressures can contribute to low self-worth, perfectionism, and disconnection from personal values.

She is especially passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the many changes that come with growing up. Madeline’s goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, build compassion for their experiences, and move beyond survival toward a life where they can truly thrive. Known for her warmth, empathy, and thoughtful clinical presence, she is committed to creating a supportive and meaningful therapeutic experience for every client.
