AGE GROUP: Adult Women
LOCATION: West Chester
DAY/TIME: Evenings three times per week
Recovery from substance use disorder can feel isolating, and many women benefit from having a supportive environment where they can connect with others who understand their experiences. ETHOS created this group specifically for individuals who identify as women and are working toward recovery from substance use disorders.
This women’s-only group offers a safe and supportive space to build connection, strengthen coping skills, and navigate the challenges that can arise during recovery.
The clinician leading this group is Cait Kish, LPC.
In addition to a variety of therapeutic approaches, Cait incorporates humor, compassion, mindfulness, music, and psychoeducation to help clients explore patterns that may contribute to substance use while building healthier supports and insights for long-term recovery.
The program meets three days per week: Mondays and Thursdays at 6:00 PM, and Tuesdays at 6:30 PM. Clients typically participate for six to eight weeks.
