Sarah Notebaert specializes in treating mental health challenges and substance use disorders for both adolescents and adults. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. As a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Sarah brings a wealth of experience from college counseling, hospital settings, and inpatient substance use treatment.
Sarah uses a strengths-based approach, integrating motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. Her evidence-based methods foster resilience and growth, helping clients build a strong foundation for recovery.
Committed to a family-inclusive approach, Sarah creates a supportive environment for clients and their families to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work together towards lasting change.
