Michael Santoro, Ethos Treatment's VP of Finance since October 2023, is a seasoned professional with 15+ years' experience in Finance and Accounting across diverse industries, including Pharma and Travel & Leisure. Beginning at PwC in Philadelphia, he transitioned to Finance, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in companies ranging from $700M to $2B in revenue.

As part of ETHOS Treatment's leadership team, Michael is thrilled to oversee the organization's growth into the premier outpatient provider.

A proud graduate of three Jesuit institutions — Saint Joseph’s Prep, Saint Joseph’s University (B.S. in Accounting), and Boston College (MBA in Finance) — Michael combines academic excellence with practical expertise.

Michael resides in Montgomery County with his wife and three young children. When not chasing his kids around, you’ll occasionally find him on the golf course chasing a little white ball for relaxation.
