Mike has over 20 years of healthcare operations and technology experience achieving new growth and business objectives through innovative strategies, a strong customer focus, and exceptional team leadership for healthcare companies ranging from small private companies to large public companies. He is proficient at business planning and growth, defining and executing strategies across the entire product lifecycle, and the successful implementation of strategies to meet financial targets.

Prior to joining ETHOS Treatment, Mike held leadership roles at Change Healthcare, McKesson Corporation, and Portico Systems, overseeing strategic initiatives, growth, and product management. At ETHOS Treatment, Mike serves as Vice President of Business Development, spearheading market expansion, partnerships, and new business opportunities.

Outside of work, Mike is actively involved in local community charities and serves as a Board Member at Malvern Retreat House. An avid trail runner, he competes in the USA Track and Field Mid-Atlantic Region Off-Road Running Series.
