Max Masino, MS
Max is a Master’s level mental health clinician that specializes in providing dedicated support to clients by creating a safe space for the exploration of their identity, trauma, and relationship dynamics. This introspective journey enables individuals to unearth their authentic Self and tap into their internal resources. The process of connecting with one's true Self and cultivating self-leadership is instrumental in accessing the present moment and establishing healthy relationships. Max’s experience with mindfulness meditation informs his practice and emphasizes his focus on meeting each client where they are in life. Each individual is at different stages of their healing journey and Max focuses on helping each of his clients progress at a pace that is appropriate for them.
Max uses an eclectic approach to promote alignment between the body, mind, and soul. This approach encompasses a combination of Internal Family Systems (parts work), mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, which are tailored to formulate a personalized treatment plan for each client. Within the therapeutic relationship, Max fosters self-acceptance and facilitates growth by collaboratively establishing goals and working towards reaching them. Max recently obtained a Master’s degree in clinical and counseling psychology with a specialization in trauma from Chestnut Hill College in the spring of 2023.
Max is prepared to assist you in exploring your internal and external experiences from the past and present in a way that suits your needs. Currently, he is accepting adolescent, teen, and adult clients seeking individual therapy.
