Mental Health Program

ETHOS Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program offers a personalized, multidisciplinary approach to treating psychiatric, mood, and anxiety issues.  We cater to clients needing more intensive therapy than one-on-one treatment as well as those stepping down from residential/partial levels of care. Our program is  designed to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical life skills, all with the goal of returning to healthy day to day functioning.

We at ETHOS have pulled together some of the best clinicians in the Philadelphia area to provide this level of mental health treatment not only in person, but in tele-health format as well. Our core programming is based in mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy along with introductions to both dialectical behavioral therapy and emotional regulation skills.

How We Treat

What does Individualized Care Really Mean ?

At ETHOS Treatment, your entire narrative counts. We want to hear your whole story, not just your diagnosis. When you first meet with one of our clinician’s you’ll receive a comprehensive evaluation of all your clinical needs. With the structure and accountability of four times a week groups as well as individual sessions as needed, Intensive Outpatient at ETHOS can break the cycle of self destructive behavior and negative self talk found within depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. The incorporation of  family work and strengthening support systems also adds to sustainable wholesome mental health.

Individualize, Custom Care Plans

After a thorough assessment, we customize a plan specifically for you, pulling from the many different modalities and therapies our clinicians are trained in. Core programming is based in mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and introductions to both dialectical behavioral therapy and emotional regulation skills. Depending on your clinical needs, we have trauma focused care, a Gestalt certified therapist, psychiatric on staff, and medication evaluation available.
